MAP

So we left off yesterday with this list to help us identify where we are being ourselves or not.  Now what?

What do you mean?

What do we do with this list?

Use it.

Take a good look at the list and connect with the side that describes who you are being and doing.

How does that feel – what do you feel inside? 

Use that as your compass.  When you feel that way you are heading in the right direction.  If you don’t feel that way then stop what you are thinking or doing.

Then what – where do I go now that I’ve stopped.

That depends.  Your best bet might be to step aside – literally – and move from where you were.

Breathing is always good too.

And ask yourself who do you want to be in this moment.  Then be that – if only for this moment.

Notice how you feel in that moment.

Some people might think I’m weird.  Think you’re weird.

And so I ask – is that who you are, is that being who you are in that moment.  Someone who is so concerned about what others think [that] you will only act how others think how you [should] act?

Is that who you are or how you have been?

If that is who you truly are then you probably wouldn’t be here in the first place.

I suspect your answer is that being yourself is more important to you, and trying to figure out what others want from you is who you are not.

But that is not for me to decide.  Only you know your truth.

But hey, I thought you knew everything.  You should know my truth even when I don’t.

I do.  But I see a larger truth.  I see who you are even when you don’t.

Then you’re holding out on me – not telling me who I am.  What do I do so you will tell me?

You are having fun with me now.  And I will play along.

I have told you many times over who you are.  And I will tell you again.

You are life.  You are creation.  You are me.  You are all that is.

And you have come here to explore more of all this is in your own personal way.

That is the game you have created for yourself and why you can change the game at any time.

You are me and I am you.  We are experiencing each other in different ways.

That is the bigger truth I see you from and why the rest doesn’t matter.  The rest is all a game.

Your game of returning to being you more fully until you reach all that is.  Which is all right in front of you so you don’t even have to reach.

It is all in you, around you, above and below you.  There is nowhere that you are not.

All you are trying to do is being more of you, more of all that is.

And you know more of being you by how you feel.

The more you are you, the freer you feel inside, the more clear you feel inside, the happier you feel inside.

Freedom, clarity, joy – is this not what you say you seek but cannot find it?

It is all right here, right now.  All you have to do is be you.

Stop not being yourself in everything you do.

That simple.  Truly.  That simple.
