I just really like this quote – the kind that hits you inside when you’re least expecting so you notice enough to pay attention.

How do you deal with with such a dichotomy?

It must be tearing you apart inside – or do you continue →

You said yesterday we need to get uncomfortable and shake things up to grow.  Is that the only way?  Can we grow quietly and peacefully?

You assume that chaos is uncomfortable.  That struggle is bad or difficult to get through.

You can shake things up and still perceive it to be peaceful and quiet.  You can be calm while everything around you is not.
