Renewal.

Everything must renew again or it becomes stale and old.

Think about that in terms of your aging process.  What would you do – how long would you live if you renewed your body over and over again?

You have learned much in our time together.  And now it is coming to an end.

We will begin a journey once again but in a new vein or thread because you have grown.  You are no longer the person who started this journey so we cannot continue this way.

Don’t let anyone or anything take that away from you.

You hold beauty in your hands, close to your heart.  Hold it gently for you do not want to squeeze the life out of that which you hold.

You do not have to hold onto anything.  Let go.  It will be there for you.  Just let it be.  Let yourself be.
