Freedom, Clarity, Joy

MAP

So we left off yesterday with this list to help us identify where we are being ourselves or not.  Now what?

What do you mean?

What do we do with this list?

Use it.

Take a good look at the list and connect with the side that describes who you are being and doing.

How does that feel – what do you feel inside?  continue →

Laugh Upside Down

MAP

Step out of your life for a moment or twelve. You are getting caught up in the net you cast for yourself.

Free yourself from all the busy thinking – this and that, here and there.  You want this, now you don’t.

You will find ways to push away what you want so you can keep seeking rather than move into having.

Break the cycle by stepping back – or better yet move sideways.  continue →

In Spades

MAP

So … what is it.  What’s in and what’s out?

What are you doing you don’t want to be doing?  What keeps you from letting go?

Reach your breaking point as fast as you can.  continue →

Laugh Out Loud

MAP

Take a minute.

Breathe.

Focus on nothing.

Just let yourself find this moment naked.  Bare naked.  No requests.  No purpose.  No nothing.

Just be here naked.

This is the moment you can step back and have the greatest clarity.

Find a way for yourself to break out of your current energy.  There is no point in going any further down this road so you might as well stop right now.

So stop.  Breathe.  And just be still.

And then laugh.   continue →

Start the day anew.  You know who you are.

Be that. Be you.

Don’t wait.  Don’t doubt yourself. Don’t cause confusion to cloud your clarity.

Stop playing the game of “I don’t know”.  You do know and you know you do.  Just be you and all decisions simply fall into place.

This isn’t a great mystery.  It is all there for you to see. You choose not to see it.  continue →
