I really hadn’t thought too much about healing having a direction, or rather a choice of direction.

Most people look at returning to where they were without truly looking at where were was.

The urgency is not to be here; anywhere but here.

You have arrived at the start of you and there is no way but forward.

When you show up,

really, truly    Show Up,

what does that look like and feel like …

both inside outwards and outside inwards?



Is healing

a return to where you were

or

movement towards who you can be?

And what if I see too much possibility?

Is there such a thing?

For life is around you wherever you see.
