Are you saying then we should do whatever we want?

No.  I am saying you should be whoever you are.

In every moment.



There is a big difference as you have come to discover and will discover all over again.



There is this notion you have created for yourself that if you put others ahead of you at the denial and expense of you then you are somehow better than they are, you are better for doing so.

To deny yourself is the fast road to bitterness – even though you deny that too.



When you deny yourself you deny all of us.

You deny life.



What could be more selfish than that?

You are not only holding out for us, you are holding on.



The one and only thing you can know in this world is you.

Come from the being of you and all else will follow through.



What is imperative then is to live life, to be life for you – not what somebody else wants, not what you believe they want from you , not anything less than the full out expression of being you.

And live less than that you do right now.



Which is why everything else looks so muddled to you.

And complicated you make it too.



All the riches in the world are yours (and everyone else’s) when you strip down to the essential core you.

No pretences, all truth.

Begin with you.



You spend your life trying to figure out what you want and all you have to do is be you.

Start with you.

Be self full.



To be self-ish is to be only a part of you.

Holding back once again is you.



Be the truth for yourself.

Feel what it feels like to be the real true you.



Don’t bother trying you on for size – you are beyond measurement.

And know that one size fits all.



Be who you are and express that any way you want.

May your self runneth over for all to in joy.
