Early morning question: (and I hope not a repeat)
What’s wrong with a repeat? Coming back and back again let’s you have a richer experience and understanding of both yourself and the concept.
Unless I’ve forgotten and then I’ve started all over again.
That too is part of the experience – remembering. And not forgetting.
Two, two experiences in one.
What was your question?
Thank you for coming back to that.
My EMQ was what does it really mean to live full out? Do I have to become a daredevil or world travelling adventurer?
Can I live full out right here at home?
If that is what full out means to you.
Do not get caught up in another’s description. You will know what full out means to you by the way you feel.
One man’s full out can be another man’s boring, hidden, or living small.
To live full out is to be your full self out there in the open. You care not what others think to direct who you are or what you are doing.
You no longer feel vulnerable or naked being who you are because you live in your full power.
There is no mistaking the feeling.
And to live full out does not mean you stop growing or changing.
In fact, to grow and change is to live full out.
You will fill out yourself, blossom into more and more.
Do not fool yourself into believing full out is a destination or an end point.
The more you are you the more possibilities you have to be come even more full, but in a different way from this first part of your journey.
What does that mean?
Your experience of becoming more full of yourself will change. This first part of becoming so-called naked will have a different feel to it.
Like shedding?
You have heard well.
This first part of being full of yourself is getting rid of all that stands in your way. Toss it aside, peel slowly, molt – there are many paths to take to the same place.
Once you stand in your power and express yourself as who you really are, your expansion from there takes on a different journey altogether.
You move from removal to adding.
Instead of hiding beneath you stand below nothing, out there for all to see.
But don’t mistake being out there for all to see with living full out.
You can partake in many an activity that is out there and still be hiding from yourself.
You can still use the sensations of your physical body to try and fulfill the lack you feel from within.
Let me tell you, there is no substitute for you being you.
You can stand fully naked with no one around to see and live full out.
The only one that matters to see is you.
