Something Moving Inside

Put pen to paper and write.  Put song in your heart and sing.  Put brush in your hand and paint.

Do whatever it is you are drawn to do.

Sew, draw, yodel, whittle, weld, glue, fold, sculpt – there are endless ways to express what is in your world.

How you see the world is how we all see.  But you need to show us what you see.

Just as we must show you. 



Stir the pot or smooth it out.  Does not matter to you and me.

We are looking for that something that will move us inside.

Don’t be fooled into thinking you do not.



To feel is what you seek.  To shift and change too.

The edges of here to there is what allows you to do that.

The pot being stirred gets you moving inside again.

A live is what you say.

And when you do what you do magic happens.

For all of us.



See if you do more than you know.  Is there another expression of you that is calling to come out from somewhere unknown inside.

Listen. For what it tells you, you will want to hear.

Be still or move.  That does not matter.

Listen how you will.

Just listen.
