Empower yourself with the knowledge that you are not the only one.  There are many of you, in fact, in this exact same situation.

You are not alone.  Ever.

Use this knowledge to see that you are not an outcast, you have not been forgotten. 

Remember another so they may see you.  Together you are one in the same.



There is strength in numbers – not physically, but spiritually.

The strength you have together is far beyond what you can ever do as individuals.

Be mindful of this.  What you do has long lasting repercussions that you will have to deal with down the road.

Be aware of what you wish for and be aware of what you set in motion.  You know what it is like to deal with an outcome of your actions that you did not think about.

Decide whether you want to do that again.



You can shift and change alone or together – as one you will do it either way.

What you can achieve will be much different.

Align yourself with who you are and stand proud in that.  Lengthen yourself from your head to your toes.

Curl not your shoulders or hang your head down.

Look the world in the eyes and declare “Here we are.  I stand for them and they stand for me”.



You do not need to see who stands with you.

Know they are there.  Feel their presence.

You will find each other in the physical soon enough – or not.  That is of no consequence.

You are united on a much deeper level.  You have the backing of us all.
