Ungripping From Fear

MAP

Oh what a wonder you are.  So full of hope and yet so full of fear.

How do you deal with with such a dichotomy?

It must be tearing you apart inside – or do you just hide from it all?  Pretend you don’t exist.  Ignore what is going on around you and inside of you.

That is no way to live.

You can only go one like this for so long but you will catch up with you.

You always do and you always will.

Face your fears so you can fill with hope and lessen the thoughts you fear.

You can only play the game for so long.  The fear will only grip you and captivate you for so long.

You must and will move on at some point.  You will tire of the fear and what it does to you.

Once you let go, everything will look different.

What caused your fear may remain but how you react will have changed – and you may not react at all for it has become part of a different world to which you no longer belong.

Do not ignore it or push it away.  That is playing the game.

But you do not have to give it your energy.

In fact, you may very well change it because you see it anew, you see it in a way you could not before.

Practice with your politics – that is a great place to start.

See what is as what is and the games being played for what they are too.

See the ripples spread out and effect what should not be in play.

See how you are being used.

Make this your decision, not theirs.  Do not be fooled again, and things will change.

Fear is not your greatest enemy.  But having fear used against you is.

Become aware of this.  Put yourself on alert for what is being directed towards you.   Decide to buy in – or not.

But don’t be fooled into thinking all is true.  See for yourself and what is true will begin to unravel before your very eyes.

You cannot be fooled anymore, nor can fear be used against you or to control you.

Now is the time to see.

Now is the time to choose what you believe.
