Observe your interactions with your world today. See how you are in relationship with everything.
Are you the same with you as you are with another?
How are you with the trees and the stars and the sky?
How do you see yourself in relation to all that you put in your body? And that which you put on your body?
What do you think about the ground you walk on or the walls that shelter you?
Can you tell the difference between that which is natural from that which you made?
Observe all these things. Connect with all these things.
How can you expect to know you when you don’t know another – of any sort.
Truly be in the world around you. Engage your senses and leave your mind at home.
This is not the time to analyze but now is the moment to observe.
Those are two very different actions you would do well to learn and differentiate.
You would do well to have these skills as your tools.
Be yourself in your world today.
Go into the minutest detail – not of what it is but who and what you are together.
How does that change from when you see yourself as apart?
Notice what you have never noticed before.
You will amaze yourself on how much more of you there is know.
