We sure do like to focus on problems.
What else do you have to do?
Move on, get on with life, get on with being me.
And that would be who?
Does it really matter what my answer is?
That depends. Are you trying to avoid the question?
Because that’s what you do when you create problems for yourself – you get to divert your attention away from what you really want and then be angry you don’t have enough time, you don’t get what you want and all that sort of stuff.
You do this to yourself.
Why don’t we stop?
Because you don’t know how to stop. You’re in so deep you fail to step back and look at what is going on.
You do know, by the way, how to do this – you just don’t do it.
It’s not so easy.
That’s an excuse you like to use.
Why does it have to be easy? Why do you make it not easy?
Because it’s easy to not make it easy. It’s easier to complain and stay the same than do something about it.
Let’s see – we’re armchair activists.
Get involved.
With life.
Get out of your chair and stretch a little.
See your world with your own eyes. Feel your world with your own heart. Touch your world with your own hands.
Get involved.
Take the chance you might make a difference.
Take a chance you know what you want.
Take a chance you might even get it.
See what else is new.
Stop with the charades you put on for yourself.
Get tired of not being you and not having what you want.
It’s yours for the taking if you want.
The question is – do you really want or do you like not having even more?
Life will not pass you by, but you will get the life you allow yourself to have.
What will that be?
