Shake things up. Push yourself. Get uncomfortable.
That is how you grow.
And until you grow you won’t see more than what you have now.
Be reasonable or be daring. The point is to push your boundaries out so it appears you have none at all.
They will come up again as you move closer once again.
But for now, move beyond where you are and stir things up. Get into the mix.
A stagnant pond dies and so do you. You need to be in the flow so you keep moving, however you want that to be.
I don’t know how many times I have to repeat this but I will do it as many times as it takes.
You will move. You will change. You will shake, rattle and roll.
The question for you to answer is how you want that to be between here-and-now and then-and-there.
You control how you feel about it. You control what you perceive as the chaos.
It is going to happen anyway.
Don’t be fooled though into believing that you can let a little bit trickle through at a time. The pressure you do create builds up even more.
Your dam systems prove this out time and time again. Just take a look at what happens when the dam breaks.
You need not know more.
Take yourself out of the game and stop playing. You are more capable than you allow yourself to know.
Let go so you can flow, as is natural for you.
This may be different for you than another but your own rhythm is where you are meant to be.
Holding back or pushing more does not quicken the flow – it only serves to drive you more into where you do not want to go.
The flow will push its own boundaries – sometimes fast, sometimes slow, but you will grow because of the flow – it too is natural.
Go now and fall apart. Stop holding yourself together.
You will create change faster than you know and stop playing all at the same time.
Be natural – which is not who you know yourself to be right now.
Be in the groove of you and see a whole new world before you.
