From Top To Toe

MAP

Breathe.  Deeply.

It is a function you have become so used to you no longer pay attention.

Until you can’t breathe well any longer.

Like forgetting how good your body feels being well until you are sick. 

Very much so.  Your normal becomes forgotten but not missed.

Your relationships are like this too.

You take for granted what you have been granted.  You forget how special you are and all that is around you.

Step back and see with new eyes.

Feel with a new heart.

Be with a new being.

Walk into your life again as if you have never been there before.  Walk into your body as if you have never lived in one before.

Return to the wonderment and curiosity that comes with anything new.

Live with the excitement of exploring what you have not lived before.

Everything is new even though you may place it as old or the same.

Take a moment and notice anything and everything.  Notice what you can see and what you can’t.

Close your eyes and feel yourself from top to toes.

The tiniest detail is there for you to be aware.

Return to the wonder and joy of being you and seeing everything as new.

That alone will shift you.
