Pretend all you want but the truth is the truth.
And …
And what. The truth is the truth.
Only you pretend there are different truths.
One for you, one for him, one for you.
You speak of “your truth” or “my truth” but that is only you pretending, you experiencing. You would be more accurate to say “my experience”, “my world”, “my story”.
They are not truths, they are your perceptions.
When what is true for you is not true for all others, all things on and off this world, it is not a truth.
What you see as true changes over time.
There are very few truths, only one in fact from which all others extend.
And that one truth would be?
Which one would you pick?
Isn’t that playing games, avoiding answer the question?
The one truth from which all others extend is – drum roll please -
there is no single truth.
That didn’t get us anywhere.
It got your further than you know.
If there is no single truth, which is the only truth, then you can stop seeking, you can stop trying to fit everything into a box, to find the beginning or the end.
Finding truth comes from the linear mind and that is not what the universe is made up of, the game you play.
There are many other games – and not all like yours. Very few in fact.
So what you call truth is not truth for many others, including much of what is on your planet.
It sounds more like change is the only constant.
That is true.
But you said there was no single truth and yet it was the only truth.
That is true too.
What is true and truth are not the same thing. Knowing the difference is important.
And the difference is?
Something that is true is based on a belief. A belief is a perception. Perceptions change and are not constant, unless you make them so.
Truth is a container, a context upon which all things within run.
Like a guiding principle?
More like a hard and fast rule.
If something is a truth then all things must function according to what that truth says. You cannot go against it or it is no longer a truth.
You cannot find an example where it doesn’t work. You cannot find something new that changes everything.
For then it is not a truth.
I was hearing you early saying the only truth was Isness or Just Is.
But you did not want to accept that. No truths and Isness are the same thing.
But if everything just is then nothing cannot be other than just is.
Unless it isn’t. And that is what you make it.
The point is to stop seeking these ultimate truths as if you can put everything in a box. You are not box people.
Believe me. You do not like living in a box.
Do not think that your reality on planet Earth is the same as the reality on other planets.
It may help you to come to an agreement as to what works and doesn’t work for all of you in this box called a planet but that doesn’t mean it will work if you went somewhere else.
The larger the context you hold the more your so-called truths are blown apart.
And context will continue to grow – there is always the next larger context, and the one after that, and the one after that ten times over.
Change your views on what you call truths and see them for what they are.
But don’t give them special magical powers to hold over yourself or another, and don’t use them as an excuse not to change.
That is not up to you to decide. You will change whether you want to or not.
