Go about your day with an awareness like you have never had before. Pay deep attention to all that is around you.
See the fine details as much as you see the bigger picture.
Expand in all directions.
The point is to not sleepwalk as you do now.
You may think you pay attention but there is more attention to be paid.
Whatever you see now is your sleepwalking, your comfort zone.
Shift from that.
See more. Be aware of more.
See the unseen. Feel the unfelt.
There is so much more for you to experience but you have to shake yourself up.
This doesn’t have to be traumatic or dramatic.
It can be purposeful and exciting.
Joyful even.
Move yourself out of what you do now, the routine of what you let in and what you don’t.
Go into the details, out to the picture, and sideways for another view altogether.
Engage your senses – all of them. Experience the world through the senses you don’t normally use.
How does your awareness change?
Live through your intuition and other non-physical senses.
What do you perceive?
Be purposeful about this.
Consider it programming your new auto-pilot, the latest installation of the new software.
You’ll have time to get used to this new advanced version before the next one comes out.
Could be tomorrow or next year.
But you will go through this exercise again.
For the new way you will see will become old once again.
And on and on it goes.
