Bring In The Light

MAP

There’s something special about waking up with a heightened sense of energy and aliveness.  It sets the tone for the whole day.

You can do this always by setting your intention before you fall asleep.

Even if you have troubles sleeping or wake up in the middle of the night, set your intention you will wake up refreshed and full of energy.

I’ve done that and I must say it does work.

So why do you wake up in the middle of the night?

You tell me.

Well, stress is one cause but that is not your situation.  The reason for your wakefulness is all about creation.  And that can go one of two or three ways.

At that time of the night your barriers are down and you have greater access to yourself and all that is.

Use this time wisely, for what you think can set you off in completely different directions.

I recommend when you wake up in the middle of the darkness that you gather the light within yourself.

By this I mean to feel yourself, your energy in fullness, and bring in more light so you feel all aglow.

It is more difficult to have negative thoughts [within the light] in the middle of the dark – which is really just an absence or dimming way down of light.

(And don’t forget you can do this process at any time – day or night.  It is much easier right now to do it in the night when your mind is more asleep.)

Now that you have surrounded and embodied yourself in light you can either just be and go deeper into that experience, or you can set you creative thought, or ask a question.

Do not wake up your mind for it will get in the way.  Just stay in the flow and see where it goes.

And continue to feel you as that glow.

Make it deeper and wider.  See if you can light up the room with its expansiveness.

You can do these creative things much more easily in your night.  Then soon you will see you can do these same things in the middle of the day.

Night and day will disappear for you will be able to create anytime, anywhere.

You know you will be making progress when your canvas can appear many different ways.

Begin with your attention on you, and bringing you more fully in and all around you.

Literally light yourself up and glow from the inside out and outside in.

Hold this firmly and begin to play with the types of thoughts that can exist in this glow.

You will begin to see more than you know.
