Move around. And keep moving.
But don’t get caught up in doing. Your mind can easily confuse the two.
Movement is the best method you currently have for keeping you energy moving. And when your energy moves it is easier to be in the flow.
Your societies, at least some and increasing in number, have become nations of sitters, or squatters.
In doing so you slow the movement of your energy.
Think of energy movement like your blood circulation. When you stop the flow of blood to your heart or brain your body stops functioning.
Stop the flow of blood to other organs and they stop functioning too. That leads to a slower, earlier death for you.
You can also restrict the flow of blood and you move slower, find it harder to breathe, and do the things you used to do easily.
This too is true of your energy and the energy that flows through you.
When you stop moving you start to pool your energy in spots that were not meant to have pools. And those pools become sticky, attracting more energy to slow down too.
And then in the blink of an eye all that energy has gone from slow to stopped, at which point you have become stagnant.
You can keep your body moving while your energy is stagnant but it doesn’t feel too good.
You don’t feel clear and free. You feel all stuck inside but don’t know why.
You are more aware of these feelings than you were even one hundred or fifty years ago. Your bodies and your minds are becoming more sensitive to the energy within you.
Long ago you didn’t have to pay attention to your bodies because you were humans and nations of movers, which is not a bad thing.
For now instead of just having your energy move and flow, you have capabilities to be purposeful in how you move your energy about you and play with it.
You can use this to heal yourself or give you a boost.
Play with your energy now as we speak. Move it around and feel it flow.
Play with the direction of life force energy coming in and moving out, like your breath moves in and out.
The same can be done with your energy, “and move it all about” as the song goes.
Bring all the energy into a part of your body – your knee or toe or kidney – whatever you want to experience. Then move the energy somewhere else.
Or burst it apart like fireworks to shimmer across your body. Even move your energy to sit on top of your skin or a few inches out.
This is when you will start to fully grasp you are not contained within.
Make time each day to move your energy around and enjoy your play. Try what comes to mind for you will never know unless you do.
You may want to combine your energy workout with other movements of the physical kind – but don’t forget to be purposeful in what you do.
This is key for what lays ahead for you.
