You have had trouble clearing your head these past few days. Why is that?
I’m thinking too much.
Well then, don’t think too much.
That sounds like a pretty easy solution.
You will find most solutions much easier than you anticipated. And you will find them simpler too.
Have you ever thought in your thinking that you enjoy the challenge of a more difficult problem so you create it?
I suppose that’s where is the phrase “mountain out of a mole hill” comes from.
Yes, that would be a good example. There are many other phrases too that convey the same meaning, like “cross that bridge when you get to it”.
It is much easier to put your mind into focus on the problem than it is the solution. What if you should forget something and it comes back to kill you, or perhaps haunt you???
Your mind complicates things more than is necessary which leads to more complications.
Learn to focus on what is at hand and focus on the answer or solution rather than the problem.
Have you considered you might not have a problem in the first place, you created a problem when there wasn’t one?
Why would you do that?
Because for some, if all goes well, what is there to do? All is lost, or rather they are all lost.
So it’s easier to create a problem out of nothing than being happy in nothing.
Where is the energy in nothing?
If you live off the high of the challenge and frustration and struggle and victory, if that is what you know, then what is there left if there is nothing?
I tell you there is more energy than you can use or know if you would allow yourself to get out of the way.
You believe there is no energy in peace.
There is unlimited energy in peace but of a different kind. It is not as in-your-face filled with static, as is the energy of struggle, but once you feel it you will know it right away.
The question is whether or not you want more of it than you do the static.
They definitely have a different feel about them. Often it is just a matter of what you are used to.
If you are used to the static of struggle then the smoothness of peace seems odd to you, unfamiliar.
And in that you make up stories as to whether you can have that or is something you must seek.
I tell you it is not.
You do not have to conjure up the feeling of peace and the like for they are always there.
What you have to do is let the static of struggle fade away, or more precisely to let go of creating more. You create the struggle to hide the peace this is naturally there.
You see how you have it backwards – you think you have to create peace when you actually have to create the struggle.
That is a story you have concocted for yourself to keep this illusion going so you could create more static.
Peace is natural. Struggle is not. Struggle is the fabrication to blanket your natural being.
And sometimes it runs very deep. You have had to fabricate layer after layer to hide who you really are.
But underneath it all, you are still naturally peace.
