Quiet your mind. Just sit and be here.

Make this time right now for you.

Everything else can wait.

No harm will come to you or anyone else.  Everything will be waiting for you.

Some stuff should wait a bit longer – much longer.  For there is much you fill your time with that does not need to be done in this moment or the next twelve.  They are just time fillers and emotion abaters.

Try putting off until tomorrow what you can do today.  Free yourself from lists and shoulds and musts.

Oh that is me you say but it is not.

Relax into the moment and let yourself breathe into the space.  Let yourself come forward.  Truly forward.

Hear what you have to say.

Hear it.  Really hear it.

What do you really want to be doing that you are not.

Just be with that and let it soak in.  All the other stuff doesn’t matter right now.

Just breathe yourself into this space moment.

From here you can go forward in this space and be this the rest of the day.  This is not separate from all else.

Do not think by being here now in this way you can go back to being your other self.

They are all one.

Begin with that.  Be your true self in your time space at all times.

Merge those selves once again into the one thing they truly are and have always been.

Go now and be you.

Breathe.  Space.  Selves.  You.  One.
