Laugh Upside Down

Step out of your life for a moment or twelve. You are getting caught up in the net you cast for yourself.

Free yourself from all the busy thinking – this and that, here and there.  You want this, now you don’t.

You will find ways to push away what you want so you can keep seeking rather than move into having.

Break the cycle by stepping back – or better yet move sideways. 

Take a new perspective on what you see and sideways will do that for you.  I would even suggest upside down if you dare to try.

Go ahead and look at your life upside down. What did you see that was new?

Did you laugh?  Or quit before you wanted to because of the head rush?  All that blood going to your head carrying extra oxygen – a different perspective for sure.

Use this as a reminder to step back into the centre of you.  Recalibrate yourself.

Stop the insanity you see around you of your own creation.  Laugh at it.

The craziness is there for your joy.  Use it in that way.

Laughing will shift your perspective immediately and raise your energy.  It will also clear out the clutter of stuck up energy and get it moving again.

Feel the openness, clarity and freedom you have.

You don’t need a reason to laugh – just start laughing.  Fake it if you have to.  Then laugh at you faking laughing.

Think of how silly you must look and laugh some more.

Watch the clouds clear away inside of you to leave a bright sunny day.

That quick.  That way.

Now you can take a good look at what is really there without all the fuzziness inside.
