So you have played with time again today, setting your clock back 23 hours or ahead one hour.
Which do you prefer?
Time is time is invention. But play with it if you must.
The sun comes up and goes down and the clouds go by.
Have you ever thought of removing all your clocks – going timeless for a day? Especially useful if you try this on a cloudy day when you don’t have the sun to give you clues.
If you could try this for several days in a row you would start to see your body fall into a natural rhythm. This pattern is also you, your natural flow of life.
You cloud yourself with so many timepieces you do not go with the flow any more and that is what you seek – to be back in the flow. For you know then you are not in struggle.
How much struggle does time create for you? Examine that in your life.
How many anxieties or worries do you have because of some sort of time frame you have set for yourself? Some are short and some are longer.
And then you give up entirely. You believe you have run out of time when you reach what you believe to be 40.
What makes you think you have run out of time? Do you not have another 40 years in which to live, to do something?
You are more capable in your mind in those 40 years than you were in the first 40 years.
Your body may not be nimble but your mind is much wiser – for some of you that is.
Let go of your so-called youth – that is another time, another you.
You have much to accomplish and work with now. Your strength as a young’in gave you false information of what you could do.
Now is the time and only time. Work with what you have.
Discover what you have.
You and I together are much more intelligent than the strong of your youth.
Toss time out the window – you have all the time in the world.
Stop wasting it.
