Dance.
Let yourself dance freely and openly like no one is watching you.
And laugh – throw your head back and laugh from the most inner core of your being.
Then sing the simplest of tunes – whatever comes to you.
Don’t worry if it makes no sense.
Free yourself in this way any time you desire – and even if you don’t.
You tend to get yourself caught up in all the drama but forget to get caught up in the joy.
Celebrate life – the joy, the pain, the boring.
Dance, laugh and sing through it all.
Twirl around with your arms wide open and chest out. Place your heart out front for all to see.
Round your shoulders back and breathe.
Swing from side to side and back and forth. Now reverse direction.
Just move as you were meant to meant to be.
Keep moving, keep dancing. You will find a natural rhythm – this is your rhythm of life.
At first you may feel awkward and embarrassed – how foolish you must look.
That is exactly the point.
Keep moving anyway. Keep moving and listen for the rhythm of your life.
For some of you, you will even hear and feel a click. For others you will suddenly awake to find yourself there.
This is your space, your place. No one can take this from you.
And for those who dare – do this in the company of others.
Feel the energy of you all moving, laughing, dancing together in the rhythm of life.
You will find your groove together – you will come to this space and find it magical. The shared joy of being alive, of being just you. No pretenses and nowhere to hide – from each other no more.
Be in the moment as well as observe – not from the analytical mind but from the being mind.
See what there truly is to see – joy in all its truly magical beauty.
Dance and sing and laugh and swing all about in your rhythm of life until you can move no more.
Then just be – listen to your being.
Listen ever so deeply to what you can hear.
All my love to you. Always.
God.
[This song popped into my head while writing the post should you need assistance in starting your dance]
