Eye Of The Calm

MAP

Go to that centre of calm – ever closer.

You will be amazed at how differently the world looks to you from there.  Then you can choose what you want to feel and experience rather than it just happening.

Calm does not mean you lack feeling or connection.  Calm simply gives you a different perspective where you choose to create rather than react. 

If you truly want more control over your life then shift out of reaction.  The more you experience creation the more you will like it.

Trust it will happen for that first time if you are unsure how to get there.  Trust that it will happen again.

And trust that you will slip up as part of the process – take the fear energy out of the equation right from the start.

Know you will do what you don’t want to do and you will lessen the likelihood.

Strange you say – that doesn’t sound like your Law Of Attraction.  To think the undesirable is to attract the undesirable.

The more accurate process you must understand is give energy to the undesirable and you will attract the undesirable.

The moment you accept the notion what you don’t want to happen may very well happen you have made peace with that.

So what energy have you injected into the situation?

Peace.

Yes – you have injected the energy of peace into your thoughts and this is what you will attract.

If you wish to experience joy then be joyful the undesirable will happen.  Be joyful in knowing you will get to experience something else.

And now you have placed joy into your thoughts.

Do you see the magic of taking away the power from what you do not desire?

Fear is a strong attractor yet you use it as a detractor, a shield of sorts.  That is when you get the opposite of what you thought.

So from that place of calmness you get to choose what you experience.  You put out calm and will receive calm.

But your experience does not stop there.  You have simply created a base layer, a foundation of calm from which to experience.

Now you get to choose.

How do you choose to respond to getting what you want?  How do you choose to respond to getting something you did not expect?  How do you choose to respond to that which you did not want to see?

These all start from the same place of calm.  Now you choose what you experience from there.

Play with this, switch it up, make life interesting.

This is only a moment, not forever.

Choose to be angry when you get what you want.  See what happens.  How do you feel – is it the same angry you are used to before?

Notice these finer details.  They will help you play the game much more deeply.

Calm down and go from there.  Feel your way through life.

There is much more to that saying than you realized before.
