The U Channel

MAP

Nothing new here.  It’s all been said before and will be said again.

Many times.  Many ways.  Until you are able to hear.

Don’t shoot the messenger if you are bored with the repeats.  But you watch those again.

Turn the channel.  See something new.  Open up to further possibilities.  There are an infinite number for you to choose from.

And yet you like to remain the same, listen to the same channel over and over.

Watch one of your 24 hour news channels.  How long does it take you to get bored?

But wait – do not turn the channel yet.  Keep it there – repeating the same stuff over and over and over.

Become so sick of it that you want to scream so loud at the top of your lungs your ears will fall apart or so you think.

Then watch some more.

This is how sick you need to become of your own life, of your own repeating patterns, of your own excuses so that you will become so sick of the same thing over and over again that you will be desperate to change.

More desperate to change than stay the same.

The problem you have is you change the channel on your life when you get close to being sick so you don’t actually have to face being sick.

This reprieve gives you an out from having to change.  It gives you the space to go back and start repeating those same old patterns again.

But the channel remains the same.

Stop changing the channel on your life.  Stop creating diversions for yourself.  You only have one channel that you must return to – you.

The U Channel.

What type of programming do you want to see on there?  You are the program director.  You get to choose.

How often do you want segments to repeat?  Do you want entertainment, pundits, good news, bad news, commercials?

It’s all up to you.

Change the channel by changing you – not by flipping over to somewhere else.

If you don’t like the programming schedule then change what you see – what everyone else will see when they watch The U Channel.
