So … what is it. What’s in and what’s out?
What are you doing you don’t want to be doing? What keeps you from letting go?
No more excuses. There is only so long you can tell yourself something when you know it’s a lie. It will eat away at you until you reach the bone.
And then all there is left to do is break.
Reach your breaking point as fast as you can. Then you can get over all this farce you are playing with yourself. When you break you have to let go — you cannot hold onto both sides at once. You may choose one side or the other but at least things will have changed.
Use this opportunity to let go completely and start over. See with fresh eyes. You would be surprised at how much your outlook is altered by all this fog you put in front of you.
It would be better to be paralyzed by fear or to fail miserably than to keep pretending this fantasy world you have created where you are powerless.
That is the biggest lie of all.
At least when you are paralyzed or crushed in the (perceived) disappointment of failure you know where you stand. And from there you can move forward.
Do you know why they call a spade a spade – why you have that saying to indicate the desire for truth?
I’ll play along – why?
Because it is with the spade you dig yourself out of the hole – the hole you created for yourself.
When you see the spade you have a chance to get out.
Continuing to call the spade a broomstick or a pole or a lightening rod will only keep you in this hole – the hole you dug with this exact same spade you refused to see in the first place.
Stop digging holes. Do they not use that as punishment in some places? Or a way to keep others occupied?
Stop punishing yourself.
You do not have to dig holes. You can create mountains.
Only when you are tired of digging do you give up the lie. You will come to realize – to make real – how much energy you expend by lying. And you wonder why you are tired so much.
It’s all in the lie – an energy sync that continues to suck energy from you all. Give up the lie and you will be amazed at how much energy you have.
Instantly.
And now you have all this energy to move forward, to decide where you really want to go and who you want to be.
Without the lie you will have great clarity. The clarity you seek so desperately.
You will know instantly what you truly want to do. All the rest will feel like a burden, will drag you down, will make you tired or even ill.
You know what I am speaking of. This is not new to you.
Live the truth, not the lie.
