Speak your truth.
Shout it from the highest mountain. Let it echo from the lowest valley.
That is all you really have in this world – you.
Everything else is irrelevant. You came into this world with nothing but you and you leave the world the same way. The only thing the space in between is about is you becoming more you.
How much of you will you become?
Do not hide yourself from this world. You are more than enough already.
I will repeat that over and over again until you need reminding no more. How long that takes is up to you.
If you think I sound like a broken record, if you want to scream STOP! then all you have to do is be you. And then be even more you. That is all it takes for this broken record to stop playing over and over again.
Just be you.
And in your journey to break free of all those old ties to shed your skin you will make mistakes, say things that are not you, do things that are not your truth.
Be gentle with yourself. You did not know what else to do.
Move forward. Learn from that, to be more gentle with yourself and others. They too know not what they do.
As you move more fully into you, you will know what to do – it will be natural. There will be nothing left to fight or pretend.
That energy [not knowing what else to do] will fade away and the path before you will clear. The truth before you and in you will clear the way.
As all else falls away there will just be you.
Do not find yourself in that which is around you. A TV is not your truth and neither is a spouse. You can only project your truth out to them.
Look at what is around you – does that really reflect the truth you sent out? Or are you trying to make them reflect something else back to you?
Do not find yourself, your truth, all around you. Find what you are trying to tell yourself, what messages you are trying to send.
And be honest with what you see – this is where truth begins. In honesty.
Reveal your truth by immersing yourself in honesty.
Do not be afraid of the pain you pre-perceive. That is but a minor bump from the pain of knowing you never lived your truth.
You can start living now – there is more than enough time – no matter how much time you have.
Heal the pain with your truth.
