Take In Life

Expand yourself.  Open up your chest and breathe.

Breathe in with all your might – not hard.  Do not brute this and try to muscle your way to the depths.

Just breath with all your might – all that you might consider to do.

Expand yourself even further.

Do not forget to breathe.  Be conscious of your breath.  Just because it runs on auto pilot does not mean you have to forget and not pay attention.

Nourish your soul.  Nourish your breath.

Have a relationship with how you breathe.  Find the nuances in the way you take in life and expel it once again.  Is how you breathe how you do everything in life?

Are you just skimming the surface, rushing, being purposeful, asleep?  Play with how you breathe.  Can you purposefully change the way you feel just by changing how you breathe?

Pay attention to where you don’t pay attention – that will tell you where there is much more to explore.  Open up those areas and breathe – breathe in the light.

Try it with sunshine some time.  Breathe in the sunshine some time when you notice how warm the light is on your face.

Take the light inside to nourish your soul, your cells, your body inside out.

Feel the light inside.

Do not hurry with this.  Take your time.  Learn to breathe with every breath all over again.

Take a breath and just breathe.
