What happened to Willie Smits sounds a lot like what happened to Greg Mortenson. Both men set out to fulfill a single intention and they soon discovered they were the catalyst of far reaching changes.
When you watch this talk Smits gave at TED 2009 in February you will have renewed hope we have a bright future ahead of us and the answers we seek are indeed here … if we allow ourselves to see them.
Expanding our context to look at the bigger picture beyond where we started, taking in all the integrated parts, we begin to see the common sense solutions emerge to seemingly complex problems.
My only question is what and who will it take for this idea to be implemented around the world?
